Depending on the terms of your trip, which are shown when you select your trip and, if you have already paid for it, on your receipt, you might be allowed to modify the dates of your trip.

If you need a change or cancellation at a shorter notice, our Travel Experts are pleased to assist.

How long do refunds take to process?

We strive to get your refund back to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, we'll process your refund within 15 business days, but it may take an additional 30 business days for the funds to show up in your account depending on your bank's processing time. So, the total wait time could be up to 45 business days.

No worries, if your refund feels like it's taking a long vacation! While we typically process refunds within 15 business days of acknowledging your request, it can take an extra 30 days to show up on your account statement.

If 15 business days have passed since you received the refund acknowledgement and you still haven't seen it, simply shoot an email to [email protected] requesting a refund confirmation code. This will help you track your refund and bring it home safely.
